The latest Jarvis nightly still has the problem. I also understand Windows devs are limited and simply don't have the resources or desire to address such a complex problem. I understand the description I provided is complex and painstaking. I investigated and reported this using my limited knowledge to the best of my abilities. I chalked it up to being uniquely my own problem and allowed it to be buried. I've already described the symptoms and how to recreate but it was never addressed. It is only present on builds after 14.2 and only using Kodi. On a side note, once again using my limited knowledge, I have found the skips present themselves at exactly the same times cinavia protection kicks in on external players as well as transitions from m2ts files. I consider this problem fairly major and hope at some point it is addressed because reverting back to 14.2 as a Band-Aid ruins the experience we are missing on newer builds. Now I see others observing the same flaw so I know I'm not alone.
