In my opinion and experience, it's just not worth the pain. Using Google Drive downloads you can almost consistently (in my area) get 7-10Mbps and with Mega.nz 7-9Mbps. Perhaps most importantly out of all: it's slow. However, supposedly they let you off with a warning the first time and you can use a VPN and some other software/tactics to hide your IP address.
